This policy describes Roomweft 1.0.1, a personal room-organization app, and the supplied companion website. It explains the records created by your own choices and the controls available to you.

Room names, selected object references, entry labels, zones, quantities, preparation stages and private notes are kept in the app’s private storage on this device. Roomweft does not upload these records.

Objects you mark as kept are stored as local references to the bundled collection. Keeping an object does not order a product, contact a seller or create an online profile.

The reduced-motion setting and your last opened room reference are saved locally so the app can return to a useful state. You can change the setting in Settings.

Roomweft has no sign-in, account, registration or server service. It does not request a name, email address or telephone number to use the planning tools.

The Android app has no Internet permission. Its core text, artwork, room plans and on-device privacy policy are available without a connection. Website and web-policy buttons open your browser, which needs a connection to retrieve those pages. Email and dialer actions use a separate app you control.

The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone-call permission or broad file access. Saving a summary uses Android’s document picker, allowing you to choose a single destination. The phone button only opens a dialer; it does not place a call.

Export room summary creates a plain text file containing the room name and entry labels, zones, quantities and stages. Private entry notes are excluded. Review the labels you have written before sharing an exported file.

Your keyboard, document provider, email app, dialer and browser handle information under their own settings and privacy terms. Contact actions provide only the chosen email address, phone number or website URL. Roomweft does not attach room records or private notes, send a message, place a call or select a cloud destination automatically.

Your plans remain until you edit or remove them, clear local room data, clear the app’s storage or uninstall. A temporary private summary file supports an export and is removed after the export completes or is cancelled.

You can remove one entry or a whole room, with a short Undo opportunity. Clear local room data removes all room records and kept objects after confirmation. Exported files remain where you saved them.

Atomic writes help reduce interrupted-write damage. If a stored record cannot be read, the app preserves a private recovery copy where possible before using a fresh workspace. This is not cloud backup or a guarantee of recovery. Clearing all local data also removes that copy.

Automatic Android backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this app. Roomweft does not provide account synchronization. Keep any exported summaries separately if you want copies outside the app.

The Android app contains no advertising, analytics or remote crash-reporting SDK. It does not use an advertising identifier or operate an in-app purchase service.

The companion website is configured for https://studentenverenigingvoorhuurgeschillen.pages.dev/ Its planning demonstration runs only on the page and does not persist choices. The supplied files contain no tracking or advertising scripts, accounts or contact forms. When the website is hosted, the hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, browser details and requested pages to deliver and secure the site. Your browser also handles any email or phone link you choose.

Android app-private storage separates ordinary app files from other apps. Roomweft does not add encryption for private notes. Device settings, keyboards and files you export remain under the controls of the services and devices you choose.

Changes to the app, contact details, storage behavior or website hosting may require an updated policy. This policy was updated on 23 September 2026 for Roomweft 1.0.1.
